Gender Equality in the Energy Sector Calendar (2020-21)

ESMAP/The World Bank present the Gender Equality in the Energy Sector Calendar (2020-21) to raise awareness on key gender-equality issues in the energy sector and stimulate innovative action across all energy interventions to promote gender equality and access to affordable reliable sustainable energy for all.

Through creativity and humor the calendar brings home the point on issues that remain and aims to spark discussion, innovative solutions, and action in energy interventions across data collection, project design, and policy decisions. Such actions can ensure progress on closing gaps between women and men and providing energy services for all.
