The Regulatory Indicators for Sustainable Energy (RISE) data platform, developed by the World Bank's Energy Global Practice with support from ESMAP, is now freely available on an online platform that enables users to customize the information they need on each country's power sector and policy framework.

RISE is the first policy scorecard of its kind, it assesses the investment climate in 111 countries in three key areas: energy access, energy efficiency and renewable energy.
