managed by the World Bank met in Washington, DC on March 15-16, 2004. Mr. Jamal
Saghir, the World Bank’s Director for Energy and Water and Chair of the World Bank’s
Energy and Mining Sector Board chaired the meeting. This document presents a
summary of the meeting’s proceedings.
