As one of the largest concentrated solar power (CSP) installations in the world, international efforts to scale up CSP in the Middle East and North Africa region are entering a new stage.
The city of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, has partnered with the World Bank to become the first city in Latin America to implement TRACE â the Tool for Rapid Assessment of City Energy.
Exchange among client countries took place at WFER on regulation in developing markets, and sponsored the participation of officials from Brazil, Guatemala and South Africa, as well as from the African Forum for Utility Regulators.
